Lake District Photography
Of all the Lakes in the English Lake District, Ennerdale Water is the most westerly. It is a glacial lake which at its deepest is around 45 metres, and is fed by the River Liza. Ennerdale Water is dwarfed by Great Gable, Green Gable and High Crag, which measure up to nearly 900 metres. Ennerdale Water remains one of the most picturesque lakes in the Lake District. Ennerdale Water is truly a spectacular place to visit and walk around.
